Payment options: All orders must be prepaid. We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check, and money orders. (Checks will delay shipping of order.) US funds only. No COD’s, cash, or open accounts.
Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. APO/FPO , PO Boxes, and locations not available by UPS Ground will be shipped via USPS.
Our goal is to ship your order within 5-7 business days. An email notification will be sent to you (including a tracking or delivery confirmation #) when you order is shipped. If we are unable to ship your order within this time we will notify you via email with an anticipated shipping date. Restrictions: We currently process and ship orders to US destinations only.

Manufacturers Warranty: We inspect all items before they are shipped and confidently guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects. In the event that you receive an item that is defective, it can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange. (Please note our return policy for further information.) Product colors represented on this website may not match actual product colors due to photographic and computer variations.
Warning: This product is shipped with mounting hardware (ie.picture hangers and nails). For their safety these items should be kept out of reach of children. Our products are not intended for use in any manner other than that specified by the manufacturer.
Privacy policy: It is our intention to hold any information that you submit to us in the strictest confidence. It will not be sold or knowingly in any way supplied to a third party. This information will only be used to contact you with regards to your order, or new products and promotions.
Return policy: Returns and exchanges must be received by us 30 days from receipt of order. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and undamaged. Incomplete or damaged items will jeopardize all or part of your refund or exchange value. Shipping charges will be refunded only if return is a result of our error. In the event that a return is necessary due to our error, contact us to receive a return authorization and further instructions.
How to return: Indicate reason for your return and action you wish taken on your packing slip. Wrap package securely making sure to include your packing slip and ship to the indicated address below.
